User : Reset Your Password – for Non SSO only

There are two ways to reset your password:

  • Use Forgot password? on the sign in page (this is a self-serve method)
  • Use a temporary password to create a new password (this method requires assistance from your admin)

Note: It is preferable that members use the self-serve method to reset their passwords. Generating a temporary password should be primarily used when members are completing the registration procedure.
